Why a message wasn't delivered

What each "Not delivered" reason means, and what "Unconfirmed" means.

The campaign pauses (see When Meta limits or restricts your WhatsApp number)
"Meta asked to slow down, so this one wasn't delivered."Meta accepted it, then dropped it for speedNothing: the others carry on
"Your WhatsApp number isn't registered with Meta." or "Syniria lost access to your WhatsApp account."The connection is brokenReconnect the number in Channels
"WhatsApp couldn't deliver it" with a codeAny other refusalIf many fail with the same code, contact support with it

Unconfirmed means WhatsApp didn't answer when Syniria sent the message. It's never resent automatically, so nobody gets it twice; the person may or may not have received it. If Meta later reports it delivered, the row updates by itself.

A message Meta refused only because it was sent too fast isn't a failure: it's tried again about 15 minutes later.
