Review, test send, and sending now or later

Check everything, send yourself a test, then send now or schedule up to 30 days ahead.

Updated

The last step has four parts.

Summary: the campaign name, the number it goes out from, the template and the audience, each with Edit.

Checks: each line has a tick or a cross, and a cross must be fixed before you can send. The checks cover your plan, an approved template, every blank filled, the number of people (at least one, at most 10,000), your WhatsApp number's standing and, on the free trial, the campaign messages you have left. Two lines never stop you: how many numbers don't fit the country code, and how long WhatsApp's daily limit makes the send ("Takes about 3 days").

Under the checks, Meta's fee is Syniria's estimate from Meta's published rates.

Send yourself a test: type your own WhatsApp number with + and the country code, and press Send test. You get exactly what customers get. Meta charges a test like any other message; you can send 10 tests an hour; and on the free trial, tests count toward its campaign messages. Tests, like campaigns, need a paid plan or a live free trial.

When: Send now or Schedule for later, up to 30 days ahead, in your business time zone. The list of people is fixed when the campaign starts, not when you schedule it.

Press Send to and the number of people, then confirm: you can pause the campaign or stop the rest, but messages already sent can't be recalled. A campaign sent now starts within a minute, at about 300 messages a minute.

Sending or scheduling is your confirmation that these people agreed to get WhatsApp messages from your business (Terms of Service, section 23). Syniria records who started each campaign and when. If the Terms changed since you last agreed, you're asked to agree first; your draft is saved.

To delete a draft, press Delete draft. A draft that sent a test in the last 24 hours can't be deleted yet, because that test still counts toward your sending limits.
