Campaigns on the free trial

Campaigns are part of the free trial, like every other feature. The trial can send 50 campaign messages in total, test sends and templates sent from the Inbox included (see Sending a WhatsApp template after 24 hours).

• The Campaigns page shows how many you've used.
• The audience step tells you when the audience is larger than what's left, and the review step's check fails until you make it smaller or choose a plan.
• When the 50 are used, nothing more can be started, resumed or tested until you choose a plan in Billing.
• A campaign already going out pauses with the reason "The free trial's campaign messages are used up". After you choose a plan, open it and press Resume.

Meta's fees apply during the trial too, charged by Meta to your WhatsApp account. Once a trial ends without a plan, the Campaigns tab stays visible but nothing can be sent.
