Sent, delivered, read and replied counts, each recipient's status, and Meta's charges.

Updated

Five numbers sit across the top:

NumberWhat it counts
SentAccepted by WhatsApp
DeliveredReached the person's phone, as a share of sent
ReadOpened, as a share of delivered. People who turned off read receipts never show as read
RepliedWrote back within 7 days of the message
Not deliveredRefused by WhatsApp, plus any sends WhatsApp never confirmed

Below them is the list of recipients, 50 a page, with chips to show only some of them, such as Delivered, Replied or Not delivered. Each row shows the name, the number with its middle hidden, the status and a time. Open chat on a reply opens that conversation in the Inbox.

On the side:

  • Why some weren't delivered: each reason with its count and Meta's code.
  • Left out before sending: the people the audience rules left out.
  • Meta's charges: Meta's own figure so far, beside the estimate made before sending.
  • Replies: how many chats the AI answered and your team took over, and the message credits those replies used. See campaign replies in the Inbox shows only those chats.
  • The message that was sent.

The Campaigns page shows the same kind of numbers for the whole calendar month, in your business time zone; test sends aren't counted there.
