What campaigns cost: Meta's fees and message credits
Meta charges for each delivered message; your agent's replies use message credits.
Updated
There are two separate costs.
1. Meta's fee for each delivered message. Meta charges your WhatsApp account, not Syniria, and Syniria adds no fee or markup. The price depends on the template's category and the person's country; marketing messages cost more than utility ones. Meta needs a payment method on your WhatsApp account, or the campaign pauses at its first message.
- Before sending, the review step shows Meta's fee, Syniria's estimate from Meta's published rates, assuming every message is delivered. Messages that aren't delivered aren't charged.
- After sending, the results page shows Meta's charges, Meta's own figure for this number during the campaign. It can differ slightly from your invoice, and can take a while to appear.
- For the exact amount, follow See your exact bill in Meta to Meta Business Suite.
2. Message credits for the replies. Your AI agent answers campaign replies like any other chat: each answered turn uses one message credit. The campaign messages themselves use none, and neither do replies your team writes.
Campaign messages are unlimited on every paid plan; the free trial includes 50. Meta's daily messaging limits and quality rules still apply.
