Owners and Managers send campaigns; Agents can look.

  3. Writing a message template

Build a WhatsApp template in Syniria, with an optional header, buttons and each customer's name.

  5. Templates made in WhatsApp Manager, and why some can't be used

Templates from Meta's WhatsApp Manager appear in Syniria; here's why some can't be sent yet.

  6. Creating a campaign: the message step

The free trial can send 50 campaign messages in total, test sends and Inbox templates included.

What to do when you can't send, tests don't arrive, or the audience looks wrong.

Questions

Can I send a campaign with my own text instead of a template?

No. WhatsApp only lets a business start a conversation with a template Meta has approved. Once the person replies, your agent and your team can write freely.

Can I send campaigns on Instagram or Messenger?

No. Campaigns are for WhatsApp only.

Do campaign messages use my message credits?

No. Only the replies your AI agent answers use credits, like any other chat.

Does Syniria charge per campaign message?

No. Meta charges your WhatsApp account for each delivered message, and Syniria adds no markup.

How many people can one campaign reach?

Up to 10,000. For more, split the audience into two campaigns.

How fast is a campaign sent?

About 300 messages a minute, starting within a minute. Meta's daily limit for your number can spread a large campaign over several days.

Can the same person get a campaign twice?

Not from one campaign. Two contacts with the same number get one message, and a send WhatsApp didn't confirm is never repeated.

Can I change a campaign after it started?

No. You can pause it, resume it or stop the rest. To send something different, start a new campaign.

Can I fill a blank with a different value per person, like an order number?

Not yet. A blank takes the contact's name, or the same text for everyone.

Can I delete a campaign?

Only a draft, with Delete draft. A sent campaign stays in the list with its results.
