Replies: the Inbox and what your AI agent knows
Campaign replies are normal chats your agent answers, knowing the message the person got.

A reply to a campaign is a normal chat: it appears in your Inbox, your AI agent answers it, and anyone on your team can take over.
- In the conversation, the campaign message appears on your side with a gold outline and the line Campaign · and the campaign's name, with WhatsApp's delivery ticks. Open campaign goes to its results.
- In the list, a chat answering a campaign from the last 7 days carries the campaign's name.
- Campaign replies above the list shows only those chats.
What your agent knows. When someone replies, your agent is given the campaign message as that person received it: the campaign name, when it was sent, the header text, the message with their name filled in, the footer and the button labels.
What it doesn't know. Where a button's link leads, which number a call button dials, or what an image shows. And it knows nothing about the offer that isn't written in the message: if your message says "15% off until Friday", your agent can repeat that, but for "does that include sale items?" it answers from your business knowledge. Put an offer's full terms in your FAQs or knowledge before you send.
A tap on a quick reply button reaches you as a message with the button's label.
