Templates made in WhatsApp Manager, and why some can't be used
Templates from Meta's WhatsApp Manager appear in Syniria; here's why some can't be sent yet.
Updated
Every template on your WhatsApp account appears in the Templates list, including those made in Meta's WhatsApp Manager, which carry the line From WhatsApp Manager. You can read them in Syniria; to change one, change it in WhatsApp Manager, then press Check Meta for updates.
The campaign wizard offers only templates Syniria can send. The others are listed under Can't be used yet, each with its reason:
| Reason | What to do |
|---|---|
| Meta hasn't approved it | Wait for the review, or fix a rejected template |
| Authentication templates are for sign-in codes | Nothing: they're not for campaigns |
| Its header has a blank | Make a version without a blank in the header |
| It has an image header made in WhatsApp Manager | Write the template again in Syniria and upload the image there |
| Video, document or location headers | Use a text or image header |
| Its link has a blank | Use a fixed link |
| A button type Syniria can't send yet | Use quick reply, website or call buttons |
| A template format Syniria can't send yet | Write a simpler template in Syniria |
