What happens to photos when you remove an item or change plan
Removing an item deletes its photos; a trial ending without a plan keeps them but stops your agent sending them.

- Removing a photo deletes it permanently.
- Removing an item deletes all its photos permanently.
- Replace catalog removes your whole catalog, photos included, before importing; the new file's photos download fresh. Use Add to keep what you have.
- Old conversations: if a photo your agent already sent is later deleted, its thumbnail in the Inbox stops loading. The customer's own copy is unaffected.
- A trial ending, or a plan canceled: your photos are kept, but the catalog becomes read-only and your agent stops using it, so it doesn't send photos. Choosing a plan restores everything.
