Finding items: search, filters, sort and views
Search by name or SKU, filter by status or category, and switch between three views.
Updated
- Search matches the name and SKU only. Your agent's own search is much wider (see How your agent searches your catalog).
- Any status filters to one status. Choose Archived, Off market or Past to bring hidden items back on screen.
- Category lists the categories you've used, with a count each. Categories are free text, so two spellings make two entries.
- Need detail appears when some items have neither a description nor a category: click it to see them. These are the items your agent is least likely to match.
- Sort: newest first, name A–Z, or price low to high or high to low (by each item's lowest version price).
- Clear removes every filter.
Three views: Compact table, List with photos and Photo grid. Your business type decides which opens first; switch at any time.
Most business types group the list by category, with uncategorised items last. The list shows 25 items a page.
Badges: In stock, Low stock (fewer than 10), Out of stock or Back-order, for business types that count stock; the status, when it isn't your type's usual one; and how many versions an item has.
