Questions

Why is my catalog called Services and not Products?

Because of your business type. The catalog's name, fields and buttons follow the business type in Settings → Profile.

Where is the Import spreadsheet button?

It's offered for online stores and the Other business type only.

What's the difference between an empty stock box and 0?

Empty means you don't track stock, so your agent says it's available. 0 means none left: your agent says it's out of stock, unless Continue selling when out of stock is ticked.

Will adding a colour wipe the prices I entered?

No. Combinations you already had keep their prices and stock; only new ones start empty.

How many items can my catalog hold?

There's no limit on the catalog. One import can carry 5,000 items, and each item up to 100 versions and 8 photos.

Can I export my catalog?

Not today.

Can I undo Remove or Replace catalog?

No. Both are permanent and take the photos with them. To take something down reversibly, use a status such as Draft or Archived.
