When and how your agent sends photos
Your agent shows items' photos on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram when seeing them helps.
Updated
Once an item has a photo, your agent can show it on WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger and Instagram.
When: when a customer asks to see an item or what it looks like, or is choosing between options where seeing them decides it. Not with answers about delivery, opening hours or payment, and not again for an item it already showed in the conversation.
How many: up to 5 photos in a reply, shared across the items it mentions. One item gets up to 5 of its photos, in your order, Main first; with several items, each gets one before any gets a second.
How it looks:
- WhatsApp: the first photo arrives with your agent's words as its caption, and any more follow as their own messages.
- Messenger and Instagram: the text comes first, then each photo as its own message.
However many photos a reply carries, it uses one message credit. The photos appear in your Inbox too.
If a photo can't be sent, the customer still gets the text reply.
