Adding photos to an item
Up to 8 JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF photos per item, the first one shown first.

Photos live on the item: open it and scroll to Media. On a brand-new item, save it first, then add photos.
- Formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF. Not AVIF or HEIC (an iPhone photo picked in a browser usually arrives as JPEG).
- Size: up to 10 MB per photo.
- Number: up to 8 per item.
You can select several files at once; they upload one after another. If one is rejected, the upload stops there and says why, and the photos already uploaded are kept.
The first photo carries a Main badge: it's the thumbnail in your list and the first photo your agent sends. To change it, hover another photo and click Make main.
Labels: each photo can be labelled Front, Back, Side, Detail, Worn or Packaging, or left without a label. Labels help you keep a large catalog straight; they don't change which photos are sent.
To replace a photo, remove the old one and upload the new one. Remove deletes a photo at once, with no confirmation. The same file can't be added twice to one item.
