Where your agent's settings live

Settings has three tabs for the owner: Profile, Agent and Team & access. Teammates see only Team & access.

• Profile holds facts about your business: its name, the main contact, the business type and the timezone (see Editing your business details).
• Agent holds everything about how your agent behaves and what it knows: its name, tone, default currency, your business description, business hours, FAQs, the reactivation phrase and your knowledge sources. Its What your agent asks card links to the questions your agent asks for leads, orders and bookings, which each have their own page.

Each tab has its own Save changes button. Saving the Agent tab updates your agent (see How your agent updates after you save); saving Profile doesn't. After changing your business name, type or timezone on Profile, press Save changes on the Agent tab once, so your agent's knowledge picks up the change.
