What your agent asks: lead details, order questions and booking questions
Each kind of record has its own questions, set on its own page.

The What your agent asks card on the Agent tab lists the three kinds of questions your agent asks customers. Each kind of record has its own questions, and your agent asks them only when it makes that record:

Each row shows how many questions it holds; Edit opens its page. The customer's name, phone and email are kept on their contact.
Saving the Agent tab never changes these questions: each page saves its own.
