AI agent reactivation phrase is a text box on the Agent tab. When your AI agent pauses itself for a human takeover, a team member sends this exact text in the conversation to turn it back on.
It starts as four dots: ....
It must match exactly, with no extra words. Choose something short but unusual, so a customer never types it by accident. Avoid common words like "ok", "hi", "back" or "done": a customer typing one would switch your agent back on in the middle of a conversation with your team.
Good: ...., #resume, bot-on-please. Avoid: "ok", "hello", "yes".
The phrase can't be empty.
