How many channels your plan includes
1 channel on the free trial, Connect and Starter, 3 on Growth and 5 on Advanced, in any mix.

A channel is one connected account: one WhatsApp number, one Instagram account, one Facebook Page, or your website chat.

The mix is up to you: on Growth, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger, or two WhatsApp numbers and your website chat. The top of the Channels page shows how many you use, such as "2 / 3 channels used".
At the limit, the page says you've reached your plan's channel limit and offers View plan. Disconnecting a channel frees its slot straight away. Reconnecting a channel you already have never takes another slot, so you can always renew an expiring connection.
If your plan ends, or your trial expires, your allowance drops to one channel. Channels already connected stay, but you can't connect another until you're on an active plan again. Replying from the Inbox stops too until you choose a plan (see When your trial or plan has ended).
