When your trial or plan has ended

Replying to customers from Syniria needs a plan or a live free trial. Your workspace has no plan when:

• your free trial ended without a plan;
• you cancelled, and the time you paid for ran out;
• a renewal stayed unpaid for 7 days, and Syniria closed the subscription.

While a payment is being retried, during those 7 days and during a billing review, everything keeps working.

What stays:

• your login, every chat and its history, contacts, leads, orders, exports and settings;
• new messages, with their photos and voice notes, which keep arriving in your Inbox;
• your channels, which stay connected; Disconnect always works;
• replies you send from Meta's own apps, such as the WhatsApp Business app, which still show in the Inbox.

Nothing is deleted.

Paused until you choose a plan:

• AI replies, on every channel;
• taking over and replying from the Inbox, with text, photos, PDFs or voice notes. Take over, Send reply, the paperclip, Voice note and Return to AI stay where they are, and pressing them says "Your free trial has ended" or "Your plan has ended". The owner gets Choose a plan; teammates are asked to tell the owner;
• website chat, which is hidden on your website as when it's turned off;
• campaigns and their test sends, editing the catalog, bookings and buying credits.

How you're told. A banner on every dashboard page says when your trial or plan ended, and that your team can't reply from the Inbox until a plan is chosen. From 2 days before a free trial ends, the owner sees when it ends. Syniria also emails the owner 2 days before a free trial ends, when it has ended, when a plan has ended, and when an unpaid subscription is closed.

To start again, the owner opens Billing and chooses a plan. As soon as the payment is confirmed, your team can reply again and website chat comes back, with each visitor's chat still there. The AI answers again on a plan with monthly credits, or on Connect with credits you buy.
