When you run low or run out of credits
Syniria warns you by email as credits run low; at zero, the AI stops and your team answers.
Updated
You're warned before you run out. Syniria emails you when about 20% of your allowance is left, again at 5%, and when it runs out. Each warning is sent once a period, and counts every credit you can still use, bought credits included.
On Billing and the Overview, the credits card turns to its warning colour when 20% or less is left.
On Connect, which has no monthly credits, there are no running-low emails: Syniria emails you once, when the credits you bought are used up.
At zero, the AI stops replying. Your team answers every chat: the Inbox says AI is off, with Go to Billing for the owner, and every chat that writes in waits for your team. Your customers get no automatic message, so check your credits if your agent goes quiet.
Two ways to start it again, both as soon as payment is confirmed:
- Buy credits on Billing, from $5 for 100, or
- Change plan to a larger allowance.
If a renewal payment fails, service continues for a short grace period while you fix your card through Payment methods & invoices. Credits used during it are taken from your next paid period's allowance. If the payment is still failing after 7 days, Syniria closes the subscription and emails you: the AI stops, and your team can reply from the Inbox again once you choose a plan.
