What Connect includes

Connect costs $19 a month and includes:

• 1 channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or your website chat;
• a shared team Inbox with unlimited team members and no fee per user, and roles for who does what (see Inviting your team);
• unlimited WhatsApp campaigns, with no Syniria markup on Meta's fees;
• the official WhatsApp Business API, with coexistence: keep using the WhatsApp Business app on the same number;
• contacts and follow-ups, your product catalog and orders;
• the dashboard and analytics;
• AI replies with purchased credits: 100 credits for $5, 450 for $20 or 1,000 for $40, and they never expire.

It has no monthly message credits, and no built-in appointment booking, which comes with Growth and above.

Answering customers. Every chat lands in your Inbox, and your team answers it; Waiting for reply shows which chats need someone (see Waiting for reply). Until your AI agent has credits, the Inbox says AI is off, and website chat tells visitors Our team replies here.

Adding the AI takes a few minutes: set up your agent, then buy credits or move up to Starter (see Adding AI replies on Connect).

Choosing Connect. On Billing, press Subscribe on Connect, during your free trial or after it. Meta's WhatsApp fees are separate: Meta bills them to your own WhatsApp account (see Adding a payment method in Meta).
