Changing your plan
Upgrades start at once after payment; downgrades are scheduled for the end of your period.
Updated
On Billing, press Change plan.
Step 1: choose a plan. The paid plans are side by side, with what each includes. Select one to see its exact terms: what's due today, the next renewal date and the new credit allowance. A move to Connect reads No monthly credits and New allowance: None, and every move down says "Credits you bought stay and keep working after the change." Press Review upgrade or Review downgrade.
Step 2: review. The change is written out, with what you gain, keep, lose or get less of, so nothing goes by surprise.
- Upgrading starts straight away, after payment. You pay the prorated difference for the rest of your period, and the bigger allowance is added at once. Credits you already used this period aren't reset, and credits you bought are untouched. If your card needs extra verification, Stripe asks for it.
- Downgrading starts at the end of your current period. Nothing is charged today, and you keep your current plan's benefits until then.
A scheduled change shows on Billing and on Change plan. You can pick a different plan, or cancel the change and keep your current plan, with no charge.
Too many channels for the new plan? The change is blocked until you disconnect the extras. Syniria never disconnects a channel for you.
The terms you're shown stay valid for 10 minutes. If they expire or your subscription changes meanwhile, press Refresh terms to see the current numbers.
