7 days and 100 credits with every feature, one channel and no card.

Every new workspace starts a 7-day free trial, with no card needed. It includes:
- 1 channel: WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or your website chat;
- 100 message credits for the whole trial;
- every feature, including the catalog and appointments;
- up to 50 WhatsApp campaign messages, test sends included.
Your agent answers real customers during the trial, once you go live (see Testing your agent and going live).
When it ends: your settings, conversations, leads and channel are all kept, and new messages keep arriving. Your agent answers until the trial's credits are used or the 7 days are up, whichever comes first, and your team can reply from the Inbox for the full 7 days. To keep both replying after that, choose a plan (see When your trial or plan has ended). Extra credits are available once you're on a plan.
Before it ends, Syniria emails you 2 days ahead, and the owner sees a banner on every dashboard page saying when it ends.
Choosing a plan during the trial ends the trial at once, and credits left from the trial end with it.
One trial per account, and one per channel. A channel that has been used on any free trial can't start another one (see Moving a channel to another Syniria account).
