Questions
Do I need a Facebook Page to use Instagram?
No. Instagram connects on its own, from its own card, whether or not it's linked to a Page.
I connected my Facebook Page. Why isn't my Instagram connected too?
They're separate connections in Syniria, even when Facebook links them. Connect Instagram from its own card; it takes a second channel slot.
Can I use a personal Instagram account?
No. Instagram allows business messaging only on professional (Business or Creator) accounts. Switching is free in the Instagram app.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes: choose I use the Business app when you connect, and Meta checks the number during setup. A reply you send from the app pauses your agent in that chat.
Will connecting Syniria stop me replying myself?
No. You can reply from the Syniria Inbox while you have a plan or a live free trial, and still from Instagram, Messenger or the WhatsApp Business app.
Does disconnecting delete my conversations?
No. Your Inbox history stays. Disconnecting only ends Syniria's access to the account.
How long does a connection last?
Instagram about 60 days, then you reconnect. Facebook Pages and WhatsApp have no routine expiry.
Can I connect two WhatsApp numbers or two Pages?
Yes, if your plan has the channel slots: each number or Page is one channel.
