Connecting a Facebook Page (Messenger)
Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Page, then choose the Page to connect.

Press Connect on the Facebook Messenger card, then Continue with Facebook. Sign in with the Facebook account that manages your Page, approve the permissions, and make sure your Page is ticked on Facebook's Page selection screen.
Back in Syniria, Choose what to connect lists the Pages your login manages. Press Connect next to each Page your agent should reply on. Each Page is one channel. Instagram connects separately, from its own card.
If your Page doesn't appear, your Facebook access to it is limited: ask a Page admin to give you full control of the Page on Facebook, then connect again.
Facebook Page connections don't expire.
