When a connection is about to expire

Instagram connections expire about every 60 days. When one lapses, your agent stops replying to Instagram messages, so Syniria warns you ahead of time. Facebook Page and WhatsApp connections don't expire.

How you're warned:

• From 7 days before, a banner across the dashboard says your Instagram connection is about to expire; once it has, it says replies can't be sent there until you reconnect.
• Syniria emails you before it expires, and when it has.
• On the Channels page, the connection reads "Expires in …" and then Reconnect needed.

To reconnect, open Channels, press Manage on the connection, then Reconnect, and approve the same permissions again. It takes about a minute. Your settings, conversations and agent stay as they are, and reconnecting doesn't take another channel slot.

You can reconnect early: it simply starts the clock again.
