Adding a channel

More channels than your plan includes, on any paid plan: $15 a month each, or $12 a month on a yearly plan, up to 10.

Updated

Every paid plan can connect more channels than it includes: up to 10 extra channels, $15 a month each, or $12 a month on a yearly plan ($144 a year). A channel is one WhatsApp number, Instagram account, Facebook Page or your website chat. Extra channels aren't available on the free trial.

To add one, press Add a channel on Billing, or on Channels when you reach your limit. Choose how many with − and +, and Stripe's exact amounts show before you pay: what's due today for the rest of your month or year, and what your plan costs from its next renewal. Press Pay to add them. You can connect a new channel as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. If the payment fails, nothing changes, and if your card needs extra verification, the channel is added once it's paid.

They renew with your plan, on the same invoice, monthly or yearly. Billing's Channels card shows what your plan includes and the extra channels beside it.

To remove one, press Remove one on the Channels card. It stays until your plan renews, then your plan renews without it; the rest of the month or year isn't refunded. Until then, Keep it puts it back with nothing to pay, and an extra channel that's ending takes no new connection. To add more while one is ending, keep it first.

A channel in use can't be removed. If more channels are connected than you'd have without it, the dialog names them, so you can disconnect one on Channels first. Syniria never disconnects a channel for you.

When you change plan, a bigger plan ends the extra channels it already includes, and a smaller plan keeps them all (see Changing your plan). Moving back from yearly to monthly takes them with you when the year ends, and cancelling ends them with the plan.

Adding, removing and keeping wait while a plan change or a cancellation is scheduled, or a payment is pending.
