Paying yearly

Every plan can be billed yearly instead of monthly, for 20% less: Connect $15 a month ($180 a year), Starter $39 a month ($468 a year), Growth $119 a month ($1,428 a year) and Advanced $239 a month ($2,868 a year). The year is paid at its start.

Credits still arrive each month. A yearly plan's monthly credits come on the same day each month as your year began, and unused ones don't roll over, as on a monthly plan. Credits you buy never expire.

To start on yearly, switch the plans on Billing to Yearly before you press Subscribe.

Switching from monthly to yearly happens at once, in Change plan: choose Yearly, then your plan or a bigger one. You pay for the rest of the year, less the unused part of your current month, and this month's credits start again in full that day; credits left from before end, as at a renewal, and credits you bought stay. Your year counts from the day your current month began, so your renewal day and the day credits arrive don't change.

Moving up on a yearly plan starts straight away: you pay the difference for the rest of the year, this month's allowance rises at once, credits already used stay counted, and the year still ends on the same day.

Moving down, back to monthly or cancelling takes effect when the paid year ends, and you keep your plan until then. The rest of a paid year isn't refunded.

Before a yearly plan renews, Syniria emails you 30 days ahead with the date and the amount, so there's time to switch to monthly, change plan or cancel. Monthly plans renew without a reminder.
