Staying signed in, and why you get signed out

Syniria signs you out automatically, for security. Two rules apply:

• 30 minutes without activity. If you don't move the mouse, touch the screen, type, scroll or click anywhere in the dashboard for 30 minutes, you're signed out and returned to the login page. Any activity resets the clock.
• 7 days at most. Even if you use the dashboard all the time, a session lasts at most 7 days from when you logged in. After that, log in again.

You're also signed out when your account's password is reset: every other session ends.

Only activity in the dashboard counts. Marketing pages open in another tab don't keep you signed in.
