Agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy
When you're asked to agree, and what happens when the Terms change.

New customers agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy on the welcome screen, with the box I agree to the Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Both documents open on syniria.com in a new tab.
Agreement is recorded per login and per workspace. Before you reach a dashboard you haven't agreed for, you see a screen headed Review before you continue.:
- When the Terms have changed since you last agreed, it's labelled Updated Terms and says when and what changed. The update applies to you once you agree.
- When you've never agreed for this workspace, for example as a teammate on your first visit, it's labelled One-time account update.
Tick the box and click Agree and continue. You go straight to your dashboard and aren't asked again until the Terms change.
