Finding your way around the dashboard

The sidebar, its two groups of pages, and the phone menu.

Updated

On a computer, the menu is a sidebar on the left. From the top:

  • The Syniria logo, which takes you to the Overview.
  • Your business name. If your login belongs to more than one workspace, a Business workspace picker switches between them.
  • For the owner, until setup is finished, the Set up Syniria chip with your progress.
  • The pages, in two groups:
    • Workspace: Overview, Inbox, Contacts, Orders & leads, Campaigns, Appointments and your catalog.
    • Manage: Channels, Settings and Billing.
  • Help & support, which opens an email to info@syniria.com.
  • At the bottom, your name or email with your role, and the log-out button.

Some items change with your business and your role:

  • Orders & leads is called Orders & enquiries for a clinic, and just Orders when Leads is hidden. Its tabs are Orders, Leads and Questions.
  • The catalog item is named after your business type: Products for an online store, Menu items for a restaurant or cafe, Services for a salon, clinic, consultancy or trade, Listings for real estate, Courses for education, Rooms & packages for a hotel, Plans & classes for a gym, Packages & rentals for events, and Items for anything else.
  • Channels and Billing are for the owner only. Teammates see only Team & access under Settings.

Two items carry a count: Inbox shows how many chats are waiting for a reply (the browser tab's title shows it too), and Appointments shows how many bookings need confirmation.

On a phone, and in any window up to 800 pixels wide, every screen has a ☰ button in its top-right corner. It opens the same menu as a panel, with an Appearance row for light and dark. A dot on the ☰ means chats are waiting for a reply.

If one page fails to load, the rest of the dashboard keeps working: the page shows "Something went wrong loading this page." with a Try again button.
