Reading the Overview
Your workspace at a glance: six counters, recent conversations and upcoming appointments.
Updated
The Overview is the first screen you see, headed Today at and your business name, with an Open inbox button. For the owner, the Set up Syniria checklist comes first, until it's hidden.
Then six counters, each a running total for your whole workspace rather than a figure for this month:
- Total conversations: every customer conversation your workspace has had, on any channel.
- Total messages: every message in those conversations, from customers and to them.
- Leads (Enquiries for a clinic): every lead saved, whatever its status.
- Orders: every order in the workspace, from chats and from your team, cancelled ones included.
- Active catalog items, named for your business type, such as "Active products".
- Active channel connections: how many channels are connected and active.
Below the counters:
- Recent conversations: your three most recently active conversations, with View all conversations to open the Inbox.
- Upcoming appointments: the next three pending or confirmed bookings, in your workspace timezone. When bookings are waiting, a line such as "2 bookings need confirmation" comes first.
The owner also sees the Message credits card: how many of your plan's credits are used, and how many remain, purchased ones included. Its bar turns to the warning colour when 20% or less of the plan's allowance is left. One credit is one completed AI response turn. Manage message credits opens Billing. On Connect, which has no monthly credits, the card shows the credits you bought, in the warning colour while there are none.
A WhatsApp campaign that paused by itself shows a notice here too, with Open campaign.
