What your visitors see
The button, the label that says who answers, "Powered by Syniria", and what happens while visitors wait for a reply.
Updated
- The button sits in the corner you chose, in your colour. A dot appears on it when a reply arrives while the chat is closed.
- The top of the chat shows your chat's name and, under it, who answers: AI assistant · our team can join while your AI agent can reply, and Our team replies here when it can't: before your agent is set up, or with no credits, for example on Connect before you buy some. Some places require telling visitors when an AI answers. The label can't be changed or hidden, and Syniria's Terms don't allow presenting the agent as a person.
- The bottom of the chat carries a small Powered by Syniria link, on every plan.
- Before the first message, Cloudflare checks that the visitor is a person. Usually this passes on its own; sometimes the visitor ticks a box.
- Writing: text only, up to 1,000 characters a message. Visitors can't send photos or files. Your agent's replies can include links.
- Waiting: typing dots show while the agent prepares a reply. With no reply after 45 seconds, or when no AI reply will come (the AI is off for that chat, a teammate is handling it, or the daily limit is reached), the chat says "The team has your message and will reply here."
- A teammate taking over shows "A team member joined the chat."
- Coming back: the chat is kept in the visitor's browser, so it's still there after a reload or a later visit in the same browser, with any reply sent while they were away. On another device or browser, they start a new chat.
- Light and dark follow the visitor's device. On a phone, the chat fills the screen.
