Shortcut links: the menu at the top of the chat
Let visitors book or continue on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger from the chat.

The chat can also offer your other ways in: Booking page, WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger. Under Shortcut links, each has a tick box, all ticked to start with.
A link appears only if it's ticked and you have it: a connected WhatsApp number, Instagram account or Facebook Page, or a published booking page. With none of them, the chat has no menu.
Visitors find the links behind a small grid button at the top of the chat, beside the close button. The menu lists Book a time first, then Message us on and the apps. Each link opens in a new tab. A line under the greeting points to the menu, for example "You can also book or message us on WhatsApp and Instagram from the button at the top."
