Choosing the websites the chat appears on

Under Websites, list every website address where the chat may appear. Browsers refuse to show the chat anywhere else, even if someone copies your code.

• Type the address without https://, for example example.com. Pasting a full link works too: the rest of the link is dropped when you save.
• www.example.com is a different address from example.com. Add both if your website answers on both.
• *.example.com covers every subdomain, such as shop.example.com, but not example.com itself. Add that on its own too.
• A wildcard over a shared hosting address, such as *.myshopify.com, isn't allowed: it would also cover other people's websites. Add your own address instead, such as yourstore.myshopify.com.
• You can add up to 10 websites. Press Add a website for another line, and Remove to take one out.
• The chat works only on pages served over HTTPS.

Press Save. Changes reach your website within a minute.
