Cap how many AI replies your website chat gives in a day, to protect your credits.

Under Daily AI limit, AI replies a day is the most AI replies your website chat gives in one day. Past it, visitors can still write and your team answers from the Inbox.
- It starts at 100 and can be set from 10 to 2,000.
- A day runs from midnight to midnight in your business's time zone (Settings → Profile).
- Preview chats count toward it.
- Once it's reached, visitors can still write and their messages reach your Inbox, but your agent doesn't answer them until the next day. The chat tells the visitor "The team has your message and will reply here." straight away.
The limit protects your message credits from someone writing to the chat over and over. It's separate from your plan's credits and from the limit of 100 AI replies in one chat.
