The chat's name, colour, side, greeting and privacy link
Make the chat look like part of your website under Look.

Under Look:
- Name: shown at the top of the chat, up to 60 characters. Under it, visitors see who answers: "AI assistant · our team can join" while your AI agent can reply, or "Our team replies here" when it can't.
- Colour: the button and the top of the chat. The text on it turns white or black, whichever is easier to read.
- Side: Right or Left, the bottom corner the button sits in.
- Greeting: the first message visitors see, before they write anything, up to 300 characters. It isn't saved as a message and uses no credits. Leave it empty for no greeting.
- Privacy policy link (optional): a link starting with
https://. When you add one, visitors see "By chatting, you acknowledge [your chat's name]'s privacy policy." under the message box, with the link, until they send their first message.
The chat's own wording, such as its buttons and notices, is in English. Your agent replies in the visitor's language.
