What the Orders page is for

Orders & leads in the menu opens on the Orders tab: every order in your workspace, newest first. Orders come from two places:

• Your AI agent, in a chat on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or your website. When a customer orders something from your catalog, your agent asks your order questions and drafts the order. These orders carry a Made by your agent label.
• Your team, from a customer's contact: open the contact and choose Create order.

Your agent never confirms an order and never takes payment. Everything it makes is a Draft for your team to review: check the items and answers, then move it on to confirmed, or cancel it.

Orders & leads has three tabs: Orders, Leads (Enquiries for a clinic) and Questions, where you choose what your agent asks. For a clinic the menu item reads Orders & enquiries; when Leads is hidden, it reads Orders and has only the Orders and Questions tabs.

Orders and the catalog are on every plan, Connect included, and in the free trial. Your agent drafts orders from the items in your catalog while it's answering, and your team can create one from any contact.
