Reading the Orders list
What each order row shows, and how to filter and search the list.

Each row is one order:
- Order: its number, such as "Order #12", and up to three labels: Made by your agent, Missing answers (a required order question is still unanswered) and Answer to review (the customer later gave a different answer in the chat).
- Customer: the name from their contact.
- Items: the first item and its quantity, such as "Large tote × 2 and 1 more".
- Total, in the order's currency.
- Status and Payment.
- Created: how long ago the order was made. Hover it for the exact date and time.
Click a row to open the order. The list shows 25 orders at a time, newest first, with Show more orders at the bottom when there are more.
Filters narrow the list to one view at a time:

Search finds orders by the customer's name, an item on the order, or the order number: type "12" or "#12" for order 12. The filter and search stay in the page address, so you can bookmark a view.
