Order statuses and payment
Every order has a status and, separately, a payment state; your team changes both.

Every order has a status and, separately, a payment state. Changing one never changes the other.

| Draft | Not confirmed yet. Every order starts here, the ones your agent makes included | Confirmed, Cancelled |
| Confirmed | Your team accepted it | Processing, Completed, Cancelled |
| Processing | Your team is preparing or delivering it | Completed, Cancelled |
| Completed | Done. Final: its status, items and answers can no longer change | Nothing |
| Cancelled | Called off. Final, like Completed | Nothing |
Payment is Unpaid until someone in your team records that the customer paid, outside Syniria; then it's Paid (see Recording a payment).
Your agent never changes a status or a payment. Only your team does, on the order's page. Changing an order's status sends the customer nothing: message them from the Inbox.
