Reading the Leads list

What each lead card shows, how the list is ordered, and what a lead's own page holds.

Updated

Orders & leads in the menu (Orders & enquiries for a clinic) has three tabs: Orders, Leads (Enquiries for a clinic) and Questions. On the Leads tab, each lead is one card showing:

  • Name: what your agent captured as the customer's name, or "(no name)". Click it to open the lead's own page.
  • Contact line: the email address and phone number, or "No contact info" when neither was captured.
  • Order placed · Order #… and Appointment booked, when the lead has an order or a linked appointment.
  • Captured details: one line per detail your agent filled in, such as "Budget range: 300,000 to 400,000", under the detail's current name. Details it didn't capture aren't shown, so two leads can show different lines.
  • Captured …: how long ago the lead was saved, such as "3h ago". Once your agent has changed the lead since, it goes on "· Updated …". Hover either time for the exact date and time.
  • View chat, when your agent recorded which conversation the lead came from.
  • Status: a dropdown that saves as soon as you change it.

The most recently updated lead is always first, 25 to a page, with page links at the bottom. A lead that gets new details moves to the top; changing its status doesn't move it. There's no way to re-sort the list.

A lead's page shows its number, name, phone, email and status, with View contact and View source conversation, then every detail captured and its History: each change your agent made after first saving the lead, newest first, with the old value and the new one. History lists your agent's changes only; status changes aren't in it.
