Exporting your leads to CSV

Download the leads you've filtered as a spreadsheet file, up to 10,000 at a time.

Updated

Click Download CSV, beside the "Showing …" count above the list. Owners and managers see it; teammates with the Agent role don't.

Filters apply: the file holds exactly the leads your current search and filters show, in the same order. To export everything, clear your filters first. The file is named leads-export- and today's date.

Columns. The first six are always Name, Phone, Email, Status, Captured At and Updated At (when your agent last changed the lead's details; empty if it never did). Then one column per captured detail: your current lead details first, in their order on Lead details, then any other detail the exported leads hold, such as one you've since removed, in alphabetical order. Nothing captured is left out. Because of this, the columns can differ between two exports: don't build a formula that assumes a column is always the same.

Times are in UTC in the file, for example 2026-08-26T14:32:07.000Z, while the dashboard shows your own time zone.

Up to 10,000 leads per file. If your filters match more, the file has the first 10,000 and ends with a row starting "NOTE: Export limited to the first 10,000 leads". Delete that row before importing the file anywhere, then narrow the date range or status to export the rest.

Opening it. The file is UTF-8, which Excel needs to show Arabic, accented and other characters correctly. Double-click it to open it in Excel; Google Sheets and Numbers open it correctly too.

A value that starts with =, +, - or @ gets a single quote in front of it, so your spreadsheet treats it as text rather than running it as a formula: the values come from members of the public typing into a chat. Ordinary phone numbers such as +971501234567 export unchanged.
