Finding a lead: search, status, order and date filters
Search by name, phone or email, and filter by status, orders and when a lead was captured.

The filter bar sits above the list:
- Search: matches anywhere in the name, phone number or email address, ignoring capitals. Searching "971" finds every phone number containing 971. It doesn't search the captured details, so you can't find a lead by an address or a product.
- Status: All statuses, or one of new, contacted, completed and lost.
- Orders: All leads, Order placed (leads an order counts for) or No order yet.
- Date range: All time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days or Last year. These count back from right now, not calendar periods: "Today" is the last 24 hours. The range reads when a lead was captured, not when it was last updated.
- Clear filters, shown when a filter is on, resets them all.
The filters work together: search and status and orders and date range. Changing one takes you back to the first page. Filters are part of the page address, so you can bookmark a filtered view or share it with a teammate.
Because the list is ordered by the latest update while the date range reads when a lead was captured, a lead captured two months ago and updated today is first in "All time" but missing from "Last 7 days".
