Which plans include leads?
Every plan, the free trial included, has leads, Lead details and CSV export.

Leads are included on every plan, the free trial included: Lead details with both choices, all four statuses, up to 15 details and CSV export. Nothing on the Leads tab is reserved for higher plans. Orders and order questions are on every plan too.
What your plan does affect is how many AI replies your agent can give, through its message credits, and so how many leads it has the chance to save. Without credits the AI can't answer, so no new leads arrive: check Billing if leads stop coming in suddenly. On Connect, your agent saves leads when it answers with credits you buy.
