Wati,
or Syniria?

Wati is a WhatsApp-first platform for a team inbox, chatbots and broadcasts, with its AI agents priced on their own. Syniria includes its AI agent in every plan from Starter: it answers, books the appointment, takes the order and keeps the customer record, and your WhatsApp campaigns go out from the same workspace.

Worth knowing before you choose

The rules both work within, and what switching takes.

The AI agent is a second product

Wati’s plans include AI Co-pilot credits that help your team write replies. An AI agent that answers customers on its own is Astra, with its own plan and credits. With Syniria, the agent is in every plan from Starter, and a reply uses one credit even when it sends product photos.

Booking is built in

Wati books through Calendly, a separate tool that needs its own paid plan, and only on Wati Pro and Business. Syniria’s booking engine is part of Growth and above, and of the free trial: at $149, Growth includes it, while Wati Pro at $149 still needs a paid Calendly plan.

Meta’s WhatsApp reply fees

Since October 1, 2026, Meta charges for replies on WhatsApp Business Platform numbers after the first 1,000 a month per number, at its rate for the customer’s country, whichever platform sends them. Wati charges message fees at its rate card; with Syniria, Meta bills your own WhatsApp account directly, with no markup.

No monthly campaign limit

Syniria sets no monthly limit on campaign messages on any paid plan, and the free trial includes 50. One campaign reaches up to 10,000 people, and Meta’s daily sending limits for your number apply whichever platform sends it.

Moving to Syniria

Switch off Wati’s automations for the number, or disconnect it there, so customers never get two answers, then connect the number in Syniria. If you use the WhatsApp Business app, you keep it on the same number. Start a free trial to try it first.

What does Syniria do that Wati doesn’t?

Syniria includes its AI agent in every plan from Starter, and the agent does the work after the reply: it drafts orders from your live catalog and keeps one contact record across WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and your website, and on Growth and above it books appointments in Syniria’s built-in booking engine, with no separate booking tool. Every plan has Owner, Manager and Agent roles, with no fee per user, and WhatsApp campaigns are unlimited on every paid plan.

How do Syniria’s and Wati’s prices compare?

Syniria starts at $19 a month with Connect, with unlimited team members and WhatsApp campaigns at 0% markup, or $49 with the AI agent included. Wati’s plans start at $69 a month billed monthly, and Astra, its AI agent for WhatsApp, is priced on its own, from $99 a month. At $149, Syniria Growth also includes booking, while Wati Pro at $149 needs a paid Calendly plan for it. Meta’s WhatsApp fees come on top with both.

Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?

Yes. Syniria supports Meta’s coexistence, and you switch it on yourself when you connect; Meta checks the number during setup. A reply you send from the app pauses the AI in that chat, so customers never get two answers. On Wati, its support team switches coexistence on for you.

Do I need Calendly or another booking tool with Syniria?

No. Booking is built in: services, staff, schedules, booking rules and a booking page, included from Growth and in the free trial. The agent books in the chat, and customers can reschedule or cancel by link.

Can I use my Shopify catalog with Syniria?

Yes. Import your Shopify product export into your Syniria catalog, and the agent answers from it and drafts orders, on every plan from Starter.

Can I send WhatsApp campaigns on Connect?

Yes. Campaigns are unlimited on every paid plan, from Connect at $19, with no Syniria fee per message, and the free trial includes up to 50 campaign messages. Meta bills your own WhatsApp account for each delivered message.

How do I switch from Wati to Syniria?

Start a free trial and set up your agent. Then switch off Wati’s automations for your WhatsApp number, or disconnect it there, and connect the number in Syniria, so customers never get two answers.
