Telling your agent's messages apart from your team's
Each message says who sent it: the customer, the AI or a teammate.

Under every message is who sent it and when:
- Customer: the customer's messages, on the left.
- AI: your agent's replies, on the right, tinted purple.
- A teammate's name (or "Human reply"): replies your team sent, on the right, tinted gold.
- Text import: messages brought in from an imported chat history.
Hover the time to see the exact date and time. Scroll up to load earlier messages; "Beginning of conversation" marks the start.
WhatsApp campaign messages appear on your side with a gold outline and the campaign's name. A template a teammate sent from the Inbox shows like their replies, with Template and its name above it.
