Passwords, sign-outs and team access: what protects your account today.

- Use a password you don't use anywhere else, between 8 and 72 characters.
- Each teammate signs in with their own login. Don't share one, so access can be removed person by person.
- Remove access when someone leaves, from Settings → Team & access.
- Sign-outs: you're signed out after 30 minutes without activity, and after 7 days at most.
- Resetting your password signs you out everywhere else, within about five minutes.
Syniria doesn't offer two-step sign-in for customer accounts yet. There's also no password or email change inside the dashboard: to change a password you know, log out and use Forgot password?, and to change your email address, contact Syniria from your current one.
Never send a password or a WhatsApp PIN in a chat or an email, to Syniria or anyone else.
