Syniria Affiliate Privacy Notice

Version 1.1 · 29 September 2026

This notice explains how Syniria LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Syniria", "we"), handles your personal information when you apply to, or take part in, the Syniria Affiliate Program. It covers affiliates only; customers are covered by Syniria's main privacy policy.

Contact: affiliate@syniria.com

What we collect

  • Your application: name; company details (for companies); email; phone or WhatsApp number; country and city; the countries where you promote; whether you are a US person; who recruited you; any code you already have.
  • Your payout details: your Wise email, your bank account and SWIFT details with the account holder's address, or your USDT wallet address and network.
  • Your tax form: W-8BEN, W-8BEN-E or W-9. These forms contain your tax number and address, and the W-8BEN also contains your date of birth. For companies, we also collect the registration certificate.
  • Your signature record: your typed name, the agreement version, the time, your IP address and browser.
  • Your use of the affiliate portal: sign-in times, IP address and browser, and actions such as downloading a statement.
  • Program records: your codes; the customers credited to you; commissions, payouts and statements; our messages with you; the results of sanctions checks.

We do not collect copies of ID documents.

Why we use it

  • To run the program under our agreement with you: review your application, give you codes, credit customers to you, calculate and pay your commissions, and show you your statements.
  • To meet legal duties: US tax forms and records, sanctions checks required of US companies, and accounting.
  • To keep the program safe: checking for duplicate or fake sign-ups, confirming payout changes with you before using them, and keeping security logs.
  • To contact you about the program.

We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising. Duplicate checks only flag an application for a person to review; nothing is decided about you automatically.

Who sees it

  • Syniria's owner, who runs the program. Payout details and documents are hidden by default, and every time they are opened is logged.
  • Service providers that store or process it for us: Hetzner, which provides our servers in the EU; Cloudflare, which provides our file storage in Europe; and the email provider that delivers your sign-in links.
  • Payment providers, when we pay you: Wise, Mercury, or the TRON or Aptos network. A USDT payment is recorded publicly on the blockchain: your wallet address and the amount become visible, as with any crypto transfer.
  • Your recruiter, if someone recruited you. They see your name, your status and the bonus they earn from your commissions.
  • Tax authorities, when US law requires it (for example, the IRS for US persons).
  • A company that takes over Syniria's business, which would be bound by this notice.

Customers never see your personal details; they only see your code.

Where it is stored

Your information is stored on servers in Europe. Syniria is a US company and manages it from outside your country, and payment providers may process it in other countries.

When you apply, we ask for your separate consent to these transfers and to our use of your financial-account details. For residents of China, this is the separate consent that China's Personal Information Protection Law requires for sending personal information abroad and for financial-account information.

How long we keep it

  • While you are an affiliate, and for 7 years after your last payout, because tax and accounting records must be kept. After that it is deleted.
  • Applications we do not approve: deleted within 12 months.
  • Portal sign-in logs: kept for 12 months.

How we protect it

  • Payout details and documents are encrypted.
  • Only Syniria's owner can open them, and every opening is logged.
  • Sign-in links work only once and expire: after 15 minutes when you request one, and after 24 hours when we send you one.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you or send you a copy, to correct it, or to delete it, except what we must keep by law (see above).

You can also withdraw your consent at any time. We would then have to end your participation, but we will still pay commissions you have already earned, as far as the law allows.

Write to affiliate@syniria.com; we reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country, for example China's Cyberspace Administration, Turkey's Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or Saudi Arabia's Data and AI Authority (SDAIA).

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish a new version and tell you by email or in your portal.

The consents you give in the application form are: agreeing to the Syniria Affiliate Agreement; consenting to Syniria storing and processing your information, including your financial-account details, outside your country, as described in this notice; and confirming that the information you gave is true.
